Design Iteration #2
March 5, 2004

In this study, I've replaced the anonymous globe with a map of the United States, created dynamically with information from the 2000 U.S. census. Each point represents a city, town or municipality; about 26,000 in all. Since this is simply a study of the map, the search algorithm has yet to be implemented and there's not even a number display. All this interface does is search for specific cities based on user input.

1. Click on the applet
2. Type in a place name (case-sensitive)
